Mr Wizard's Frozen Custard And Yogurt

That was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We arrived at Mr. Wizards, where there were a lot of people waiting outside. The two girls at the counter started pointing at us and giving us dirty looks when we approached. When we finally reached the window, three customers were still being served ahead of us. However, when it was our turn to order, the staff rudely slammed the window shut in our faces and turned off the lights. There were still about 15 customers outside enjoying their ice cream. One of the workers refused to speak to me and turned away when I tried to ask what was happening. This was around 8:30 PM, even though their posted hours say they close at 9:00...

A childhood classic ruined!! Returned from out of town for a tasty treat with my family. Arrived at the once frequented spot at 8:30, knowing it closed at 9:00pm. After standing and staring at the 3 workers inside who not once acknowledged us, we knocked on the window to be helped. One boy rudely signaled that they would not help us, and the girl just walked away. We were flabbergasted by the flagrant lack of customer service. Will not be returning :

Unfortunately, I visited this restaurant with my kids today, Sunday, October 15, at 8:38 PM, well before the 9 PM closing time. I sat by the window while the staff served another customer, completely overlooking me. It would have been great to receive at least a acknowledgment, like a simple "sorry, we're closing early." 9 PM is the posted closing time after all.

Mr. Wizards is the best Custard. They have Custard and Yoghurt and chocolate. Add toppings, decide whether you want a concrete, and enjoy your treat.

The flavor and texture don't quite measure up to Fritz's or Silky's. It has more of a melty ice cream taste rather than that of creamy custard.
