Mrs Brown's Tearoom

Currently sat in this lovely relaxed tea room eating one of the best plates of sausage and mash I’ve tasted! It was the first cafe I saw and I was hungry! I saw the modest, welcoming, cosy looking outside and picked it without too much extra thought. It can be hit and miss when you’ve no idea about a place to eat but let me tell you, I was not disappointed! My Expectations were that it would be a fairly standard lunch but it was delicious!! The sausages were really tasted and the beautiful veg and onion gravy really topped it off. Thank you so much for exceeding expectations and filling me up very satisfyingly! We moved to Shipston 9 months ago and love the fact we have a proper tearoom on our doorstep. We frequently visit for tea/coffee and cake, breakfast or lunch. I’m a big tea drinker and there are extensive teas on offer. Lovely to try something different. Plenty of options for everyone’s palate be it large or small. Lovely choice of cakes too. Always a nice experience.

Popped in for lunch whilst visiting Shipston with my wife, daughter two gransons The food we had was all very good Only down side was that there were only two tables that sat four we were told that these were reserved so we had to sit on two separate tables

This is a quaint olde worlde tea shop with a great ambiance. I had a mug of americano and a delicious apricot flapjack for £6. The staff were friendly and the menu looks great so I’ll be coming back soon.

Dropped in on passing for the 2nd time in a week. Dog friendly too, with best coffee in Shipston Lavazza . Love it there, really friendly.
