Do not order from this restaurant. Save your time and money and go to Bagel Express instead, which is in the same area and offers fresher bagels and better customer service. I attempted to order through the app this time, as they always mess up phone orders. I provided detailed instructions on what I wanted, but my order was still incorrect. They also overcharged me for a drink that was supposed to come with my bagel, and gave me the wrong drink. When I asked about the iced tea, the cashier assured me it was in the bag, even though she had given me an iced coffee instead. Despite this mistake, she did not correct herself before I left. Another FAKE bagel place. These bagel places that dont cook bagels the correct way should be embarrassed. You have the New York water however you still skimp. Theres bagel shops around the country wishing they had our water to make the best bagels. Also, theres no option to select how to cook the eggs?! The default is always fried then, not scrambled amateurs! 2 slices of cheese on an egg sandwich is the norm not a half. I thought I found a unicorn, decent prices however that was definitely not the outcome.

I ordered a few B.E.C bagels for delivery and found that the bagels were very fresh and the bacon was crispy. However, the eggs were lacking in seasoning. Considering the price, I can understand why. In the future, I recommend adding salt and pepper to anything you order. Also, they forgot to include the coffee.

I recently had one of the best bagels I've ever eaten at this restaurant. The egg sandwiches were delicious and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
