I recently had a horrifying experience at Muncheez that left me questioning their commitment to hygiene and customer satisfaction. As a vegetarian, I ordered a falafel sandwich with high hopes, only to be met with disappointment, disgust, and a strong desire to vomit.Firstly, the lack of hygiene practices at Muncheez is absolutely appalling. The staff members wore the same gloves all day long, without bothering to change or sanitize them between handling different types of food. I witnessed them handling beef and other kinds of meats, and then using the same oily, greasy hands to crush the falafel into the wrap. Fabulous little eatery in Georgetown. Food is very tasty and a fair price. Not the biggest fan of eating on a sidewalk digesting carbon monoxide along with my pita, but it was Georgetown and space is limited. Good job!Food: 5/5

Shawarma itself is great but the sauce is very overpowering with garlic/mint. I would recommend asking for less sauce or without sauce tastes good too.Food: 4/5
