Munchies Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Cant belive the customer service of these guys, will let their business go bust before they give you a refund for their unhygienic mistakes. The boss is argumentative arrogant and obviously driven by the the big guy has no manners money hungry and stood there laughing like a child???. Can not believe how they switched on me their customer (from a family who regularly used the shop) over a 5 kebab after I ate a hair in their food but because they didn 't recognise it it wasn 't in their food , like who the hell has time or would even bother to plant a hair walk all the way back over 5 (defo 100% not mine not even my colour hair) I am leaving a review just because I can not belive the treatmen...

Again Munchies have shown that they haven't got a clue about food and about customer services. Knowing that they mess up orders on food apps we went down to order food, low and behold they messed up again. I placed my order at the counter, came back and picked it up, took it home and the order was wrong. Why oh why can't they get orders right? I will never eat there again and I urge other people not to either.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The service was unprofessional and they did not take care in delivering it to the customer - the pizza arrived damaged and was not sliced correctly. The overall quality was very poor, with greasy cheese and overall lack of flavor.

Stay away from munchies stretford rd Absolutely disgusting staff rude and unhelpful Food had hair in and shop looked very dirty Did not give me my money back Will be reporting to the food standard agency first thing in the morning.

I ordered a margarita pizza with jalapeños and mushrooms added, but unfortunately there was pepperoni hidden under the cheese. As a vegetarian, I was really disappointed by this mistake.
