Mussel Pot - Reservar uma mesa

Had the grilled butter and garlic half mussels from Queen Victoria Market today and it was incredible. The garlic and butter were just the right amount but not too overpowering. The mussels tasted super fresh and were so flavoursome. Loved the crispy texture of the 'toppings '. An absolute bargain at $10 for the dish. A generous portion too.

The team of Alex and Pixie and others have done a stellar job. They have kept their menu really simple as you would have probably guessed it’s all to do with mussels cooked in various condiments. My go to dish is “hot hot hot” chilly mussels. Visit them at QVM too!

Had the one in Quuem Vic Market. The white wine version was nice though the soup a tad salty. Had a single serving which was quite a large portion too! Reasonably priced!

Delicious mussels; they were obviously very fresh. Had the red wine and chilli which went well. $13 bought about 20 mussels with some bread to dip in the sauce.

The signature van at Prahran market delivers some exceptional mussels. Fresh with the option of different flavours are also well priced.
