My Favorite Muffin

My wife and I have frequented this place for about a year. It's our go-to breakfast spot when we don't eat at home.The staff exercise the best customer service I've seen in RI. The food is always incredibly satisfying. The bagels sandwiches are huge and very filling!The muffins and baked goods are the best around. They're always baked to perfection and irresistable... and their slection is enormous. Unlike Brewed Awakenings, this place treats you right.They have big dog treats for you to take home to your pups. Our dog goes bananas for the treat when he sees us bringing food from there.Hands down our favorite breakfast spot in the state.

My husband and I were looking for a place to grab a quick breakfast and this place did not disappoint! We both got breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. There were so many cream cheese, bagel, and sandwich options to choose from. Then we saw how many interesting muffin flavors they had, so we split a deep dish apple pie muffin. It was amazing! I like that they have unique flavored muffins in regular and mini size. The barista recommended a raspberry chai latte and it was the best chai I've ever had. All the workers were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. We will definitely be back!

Bagels are flat, cream cheese flavors aren’t good, the manager/owner (not sure, but she’s always there) is rude and so is her employee who’s often there. Parking sucks as does the attitude of everyone who works there. After my last experience where I was scolded for an employees mistake by the manager because I wasn’t specific enough in my order, I will never, ever return. At an average spend of $10 a day times 5 days a week times 52 weeks, that’s a lot of money spent in one establishment just to be scolded like a child. They are rude beyond belief. Spend your money at an establishment that appreciates their customer.

10/10. This place was phenomenal. Fun atmosphere and the person behind the counter was fun, energetic and hard working. She was hilarious! My husband and I each had different bagel sandwiches and he said man I don 't want this sandwich to end . We also ordered a dozen mini muffins, and all flavors were phenomenal. Latte also top notch.

The service is a little weird if youre not a regular, but good god. Those bagels? Wow. Providence bagel has been the metric if a great bagel for a long time; not sure how i didnt know about this gem sooner. Little skimpy on the schmear but all is forgiven with how good the bagels are.
