Myrtle's Place & Back Alley BBQ

This must be the best place I've been for a long time. The waitress we had was absolutely perfect. One of our boys dropped his pancakes, and they were quick to comfort him and let him know that he was not in trouble, and that accidents happen. Prices are better than reasonable. Five stars. Food was great, waitresses were great. If we're back in town, we'll eat here again.

If Mayberry sounds like your idea of heaven, find it here. All the best nostalgic comfort food. Very fair prices. People who really care to do an excellent job. I had crushed steak with cabbage and potatoes as my chosen secondary dishes. The engraving was smooth and velvety with a rich fleshy taste. The chopped steak was well seasoned. Bottomless coffee too.

With 3 young children. You have a playroom for the kids that is fantastic. Never seen it in a little restaurant. Food and service were great and proved was to eat $24 for all 4 of us. Definitely recommend and will go back.

We stopped on our way from Little Rock. We were greeted by a very sweet waitress who we found out later was Cindy. She was awesome! Made us feel like family. The food was.... Delicious!

Fun, great food, super service. My daughter and I wanted to go back a second time but they weren't open. Next time we are together in town!
