Naaz Indian Cuisine

Ordered a meal to be delivered at 16.30pm. Expected delivery 17.40 18.00. At 18.20 phoned to enquire about order and informed 5 10 mins. Waited again and called at 18.42 and again told 5 10 mins. At 19.00 i called again and the man said he would contact the driver and after waiting a couple of mins was informed 5 10 mins yet again. I informed him i was looking forward to putting a review on about my experience. Called again at 19.16 and was informed they had cancelled my order as we were leaving a review !! Words fail me, I think they should not be in a customer facing role. What a terrible way to treat a customer when the problem was 100% their doing.

A group of 11 colleagues went to this restaurant just before Christmas. The service from the waiter was terrible. Meals were brought out over a span of about 20 minutes, and 3 meals never arrived. The food was not as good as it was in the past. None of the staff seemed familiar, and the menu had a different name at the top, leading us to believe it has changed ownership. The quality of the food used to be outstanding. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant, as there are other good Indian restaurants in the area.

The service was disgraceful. We arrived at 7pm and no one came to take our order until 7:27pm when I had to call the waiter over. The poppadoms didn't arrive until 7:45pm. The waiter came back and asked for our order again because they had lost it. They said our starters were on their way but we left at 8pm because no food had arrived. We won't be returning again.

Poppadoms tasted stale and were very greasy. Minuscule amounts of chutney, certainly not worth the price. Main courses were ok ish. Although the lamb in one dish was rather chewy not melt in the mouth as you’d expect and the prawns in the other dish were chewy and very over cooked. All in all very disappointing.

Cannot fault 1 things about this place. The food was absolutely superb and I will be returning ASAP! The staff were super friendly and warming throughout. Lived in the North West for a few years now and this has been by far the best I've had! Cannot wait for my next visit!!
