Nando's Epsom - Reservar uma mesa

bad! don't go! waited for 25 minutes without service /rude manager. in the round this place is revolting. After we waited for our food for more than 25 minutes, we asked the staff when it will be ready, they answered that we are now busy and short workers, but all orders that go for delivery / ubereat were prepared quickly and without problems. when I asked manager how come all customers wait while the delivery orders go, he replied very rudely if they want us to refund them! then cried to one of the workers to reimburse him now! even one of the customers said loudly, they should excuse us not scream!!!. never again

the staff is beautiful, from the watch to the ladies at the to all so helpful and polite. the place shows as auto thru, which is not and no parking near as it is on the one-way system of the city so do not rely on Google cards as for my order, they missed an entire bigmag and gave me chicken nuggets that I did not order(I ate them, from the whole family, they mixed MY order that went to get it). I'll still go, but I'll check my order next time. I hope my review helps them get more employees as they obviously need it, the place was packed

for the first time mcdonald’s visited this place. I was really disappointed. the place made me feel unwilling. Maybe I had only bad timing because they were simply the delivery in, but like any restaurant or fast food chain they should be polite, friendly and on the top of these friendly with customers. while waiting for the order and looking around the workers there, she asked to move constantly. they looked stressed and miserable. I felt that they wanted to be there as much as I did.

every time I order from this restaurant (epsom), eating is not prepared with a minimal care. when I pay for something, I expect that is in decent quality. koks tastes like water! burgers. looks like someone from a few meters distance has thrown into the box. not even my order was completely correct with what I ordered. missing products, various products, etc.
