Nando's Hounslow - Reservar uma mesa

My visit to the Hounslow branch was quite disappointing. The tables were dirty, the cutlery was dirty, and we had to request for clean glasses and cutlery. The food took longer than expected to arrive and when it did, it was cold. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, the service was subpar. I would not recommend returning to this branch.

The manager, Codie, and his wonderful staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you Codie, Saira, Dafi, Shazia, and Nadia. Keep up the great work! Well done, Shaz.

Ordered a home delivery YET again half the order was missing, no one can be bothered to answer the phone just general not a good experience all. Don’t bother going there or getting your delivery from them.

I had Nandes for the first time I loved the staff are brilliant at Hounslow. Especially butterfly chicken. Highly recommended. I wish they would open a branch in Heathrow airport T5 and in India.

Push and Nadiya are excitement workers. Highly recommend to come to the Hounslow nandos. The food was served very quickly, there was no need to wait. The workers are excite as well Nawvaina.
