My friend and I wanted someplace where we could have a quick lunch. Her chicken breast and salad came right away, but it took around fifteen minutes before I got my chicken breast sandwich and cole slaw. I enjoyed my sandwich, but my friend's chicken was a little tough and she struggled to cut it. We were told that the only available seating was upstairs, which was okay, but had we known how badly lit the staircase was, we would have gone somewhere else.
Food was good when we finally got it but the customer service was horrible. The cashier seemed like she had absolutely no idea what she was doing, didn?t seem to care about her job and was rude. Also when we got our wings after waiting for like 45 minutes, one of them was so small I wouldn?t even consider it a wing (image attached). Not to mention, we couldn?t order over half the menu items because they were out of stock.
The grilled chicken was very good. The service, however, was a mess. Followed the instructions to grab a table, ordered online, and waited for the food. However, the food never arrived. Repeated order to three different staff members. Waited another 25 minutes. Finally got food. Large number of customers were complaining about the delays. So my experience was not unique.
Absolutely the best Chicken restaurant. Clean, tidy modern and welcoming. The best tasting chicken of any franchise. Perfect and tasty Flame grilled peri peri chicken. Nice menu. Drinks. Friendly and efficient staff. Easy ordering process. Delicious peri peri sauces available to purchase. Highly recommended You will be back for more
