I use to stop here with my children after every beach session while we wait for our smoothies. But now my gym is right on the street, the gym fam will be together as a regular thing after the class. These are genuine smoothies made with genuine, fresh ingredients in authentic Jamaican style. I can't say enough about the Rasta tank and the Jamaican **** tail.... With a kick protein, I have to refuel after a hard workout. The owner and his employees are always super sweet and give you samples of drinks that make them for other customers while you wait, so get a good idea what your favorites are. I don't love smoothies and I'm addicted. Adding surprise to the island is phenomenal. Super tropical and refreshing. Also delicious beef, and the owner is super friendly.
