Nefis - Reservar mesa

I have been disappointed with this restaurant lately. The pita breads are store bought and not very sturdy, they tend to fall apart and become soggy. The search for the mild chili sauce is not enjoyable. The lack of hygiene, with staff constantly touching their hair and nose, is off-putting. The large chicken kebab is the same size as the small chicken kebab, making me feel ripped off. Additionally, the staff is unfriendly.

I have just spent £17.30 on food I can’t eat. The pita is store brought (that you get in a pack of 6), the meat in it is awful and tough with a little sauce added on top. Definitely not worth £13.50. I also ordered pita and hummus for £3.80 which included 1 toasted pita bread (again from a store brought multipack) and grainy hummus. I would advise to avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

I am unable to provide a rating for the food at Nefi's because they claimed to be closed, even though I arrived within their listed opening hours. Instead, I had to settle for purchasing a £1 bag of mini cheddars from the store across the street. I was quite disappointed by the apparent lack of priority the staff at Nefi's placed on serving customers arriving after a late night out.

Incredibly rude service. I walked in all polite and well manners which I always am and was greeted by this aggressive little man who was incredibly dis respectful just because I could not understand him. I asked him to kindly repeat and he aggressively shouted at me repeatedly so I left. He also told me to f off as I was leaving. Avoid! Reserve uma mesa agora

I used Nefis a lot over the years. Not sure if they have changed hands but tonight I got given mouldy bread roll with my veggie burger. I telephoned and they claimed it to speak English and eventually put the phone down on me. I only wanted a replacement burger which wasn’t mouldy! The photo doesn’t do it justice. It looked far worse.

I love this takeaway place, the staff are fantastic and the food is delicious. It is definitely better than other kebab shops in the area, especially for burgers and kebabs. I usually order online or go in person, and the food is always very tasty. Thank you to the staff at Nefis Memet.

Don’t bother getting a combo kebab as it wouldn’t fill a toddler up and you need a litre if water just to wash it down where it’s so dry!! It’s a rip off never again!!!

lovely chicken kebab with plenty of salad, the staff are extremely friendly, would go back to this shop again

Haven't been in for a while but seems to have become expensive..meat a little dry and salad a bit wilted
