Neige d'Été - Reservar uma mesa

We wilden de betrouwbaarheid testen van de o.a.d. lijst die door foodies is samengesteld. De restaurants in Parijs zijn hierin royaal vertegenwoordigd. Neige d’Eté is in de Europese lijst 2017 op de 82e plaats te vinden. Gereserveerd voor de lunch op woensdag. Het restaurant ligt niet heel ver van de Eiffeltoren maar ligt toch aardig verscholen in een woonwijk. Een klein naambordje op de raam verraad dat je goed zit. De ramen zijn geblindeerd door een dikke vitrage. De deur gaat pas open om 12:30. Er was inmiddels een groepje bij de voordeur verzameld. Het restaurant is verdeeld over twee ruimtes. One month prior, as reservations became available I secured my spot at Neige d’ete. We had decided to dine in only one Michelin stared restaurant on our visit to Paris. I received a confirmation email and as I was asked to place a several hundred E deposit to guarantee my spot I received a second confirmation the next day. We worked our day around “and skipped lunch” in anticipation. This was a well planned big night out! I am very sympathetic to mistakes and as an owner of several restaurants I have made my share. But the restaurant lost my reservation explaining that there was no confirmation due to a CC hold. However when I showed them the second email confirmation they apologized and off...

A gréât experience. We really loved our diner there, chef is amazing, dishes were amazing and definitely deserve there one star Michelin. Great staff, great wine.

as the name of the restaurant is cutecela means summer snowtrès suitable the restaurant is very minimalist, white décor, clean lines.
