Nenninger Café Café

Von all den kulinarischen Angeboten während meines mehrtägigen Aufenthaltes in Kassel ist mir das Cafe Nenninger mit am nachhaltigsten und positivsten in Erinnerung geblieben. Obwohl es sehr zentral – direkt am belebten Friedrichsplatz! – gelegen ist, herrschen hier Ruhe, Qualitätsgedanken und Traditionsbewusstsein vor. Und nicht der allgemeine Hype und die Hektik, die man an anderen Orten der Stadt allzeit präsent verspürt. Das ist selbst jetzt, während der documenta mit seiner Vielzahl an internationalen Besuchern, der Fall. Und ich hoffe sehr, dass dies während der kommenden 100 Tage (und natürlich darüber hinaus anhalten wird. Da mir der Service und das Interieur meines Übernachtungshote...

From all culinary offerings during my multi-day stay in Kassel, the Cafe Nenninger was remembered with the most sustainable and positive. Although it is very central – directly at the lively Friedrichsplatz! – lies, master calm, high quality thoughts and sense of tradition. And not the general hype and the hectic that is always felt in other places of the city. This is also the case now, during documenta with its many international visitors. And I very much hope this will take place in the next 100 days (and of course beyond). Since the service and interior of my accommodation hotel have not promised me at all, I prefer to do it without breakfast there and start my days at the Nenninger. Onc...
