New York Prime - Reservar uma mesa

My family and I have been coming to NY Prime for YEARS. This was the WORST experience we've ever had. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table and there was no where to comfortably wait because there were tons of other people doing the same. No where to move. Complete fire hazard. The hostesses were rude and I saw several guests leave to go eat somewhere else. The noise level was outrageous and the food wasn't as good as before. We were not offered anything for the fact that we had to wait so long to get seated. Aside from waiting 45 minutes for a table (which the restaurant acknowledged by comping out cocktails! Thank you very much). Server was terrific (Danielle- whom went over the top to make our first experience there so memorable). Shrimp appetizer she recommended was just delicious as was the wedge salad. Steak and veal chop was even better. We will be back!!

We had a 7p reservation and waited 45 minutes for our table. Our waiter was very nice, but that didn't make up for the evening. The servers never brought our appetizers (only the salads). Management never came over to apologize for the wait, nor for the appetizer issues. Very disappointing Father's Day experience.

We have been going to NY steak for three years now. This is the first disappointment we experienced. Our steak wasn't prepared as requested, it was tough and poorly spiced. We ordered a different one which was better. There were also few, really minor, things that a restaurant of this caliber

They over booked their reservations so we had to wait 30 min after our reservations to get seated. The manager had to make our table up it was so backed up. After that everything was excellent.
