Decent food but horrible service. Always understaffed and really bad at making simple accommodations like ‘no cheese’. Ordering here is thus usually a giant hassle and waste of money, but more importantly waste of time. Their issues with simple accommodations are also very dangerous for anyone with allergies.Silver Bay Bagels has smaller portions but large enough staff numbers to efficiently handle high customer volume. Silver Bay also gets accommodations correct, so I’d recommend them first.

One of my new favorite go-to places.From the great selection of bagels to the even better selection of flavored cream cheese this is definitely a place to try.Not only can you get your favorite flavor cream cheese on your bagel but they already have it packaged for you to take home if you choose to.The staff are always so happy and friendly it is a pleasure to come here.

I was very disappointed at how watered down and flavorless their coffee has become. It was like hot water! I threw it away and brewed my own at home. Don’t rip people off. If you sell something, make it well. The bagels are like dinner rolls. The location itself is unkept.

Fresh made sandwiches are quite delicious and many to choose from. Nice array of different house made cream cheese spreads to try. Best bagels around

The staff and service staff is awesome. Great food and awesome atmosphere. The breakfast sandwiches are stacked and amazing!!!
