News Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

Im zentral am Markt bzw. Linggplatz gelegenen News Cafe ist immer Betrieb. Allerdings ist der Geräuschpegel leider sehr hoch, die Atmosphäre erinnert doch etwas an eine Wartehalle. Auch gibt es eine umfängliche Speisenkarte. Bislang habe ich dort ausschließlich Salatteller bestellt, die sehr gut geschmeckt haben – vor allem die Dressings sind raffiniert und leicht. Die Getränke sind okay. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, aber bei großem Betrieb etwas überfordert und die Wartezeit ist zu lang. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Mehr gibt es dazu nicht zu sagen das Lokal ist so glatt ohne Ecken und Kanten wie meine Bewertung.

Went there for coffee and ice cream.. What we were served wasn´t up to the price of it. It wasn´t bad, it just wasn´t positive either. One other negative was big dogs passing by the tables all the time, unleashed. When I was waiting to...pay no one came around, so I had to go inside. Was told that someone would be around, because the person who served us was not there anymore

There are of us in Germany on business and we stopped here for drinks and ended up eating here too. Great service, fabulous food and a large selection of drinks.

Nice place, good food, and perfect to sit outside with a beer in the sunshine. Highly recommended if you're in Hersfeld.
