Nick's Pizza, Roast Beef Subs

If you've ever eaten from this place, you'll know what I'm talking about. The lady who answers the phone is completely delightful. Unfortunately, she is always fighting with someone else who works there. And you are left on hold listening to the crazy madness, and even that I don't care. But every time I order I never get the right order and even that I'm pretty flexible about this. What I don't like is when I call back in and some woman in the background. Probably the owner by reading these reviews wants to debate it. Like are you kidding me? It only took me 15 minutes to get out My complete order. So when I call back to let them know I received the wrong order its a debate. I'm paying for...

Listen this is ridiculous. Today 2/3/24 around 7:30pm I placed an order for delivery. They got my order wrong and the driver offered to replace it the order partially because one of the items was right. Now at 9:00 pm after more than an one hour of waiting for replacement ordered I called them myself to get an update on it and the guy over the phone said that he is going to deliver my pizza tomorrow. I know it is just a pizza place but never had such an experience with any food place. What was a problem to get a small pizza ready in 1.5 hour? Was going there every week but never again.

I’ve had food and it’s really good but had worst experience calling to order food that I will just not be back. Extremely rude cutting me off at very start of conversation so I couldn’t even give full address which I was staying in hotel so I needed to give room number but man just kept rushing me on to place order and not caring about delivery address. Fully understand a need for speedy service but maybe just lose land line and only take online orders if that’s how your customer service is.

Ordered on GrubHub and they never delivered the food and closed the store. Never answered the calls either.
