Let me start off by saying the service at Nine18 was wonderful! Everyone we encountered at our 10 p.m dining time was friendly and helpful. The food was great as well. I recommend the pork belly for a starter and the Lamb for the main course.My only complaint is that my scallops were over salted and the automatic doors let in many mosquito's which became annoying. Another waiter in the restaurant did his best to assist with that issue which was much appreciated.

Great American fare. Especially the steaks. Floor to ceiling windows make for wonderful views of the resort and golf course.
