If you're in search of decadent, delicious, and healthy vegan options, Nirvana Nutrition is the place for you! You can find them at the market on Saturdays. Cindy, the owner, is an absolute gem; she welcomes you with a warm smile and a friendly word, and even gave me a big hug when we first met. Their vegan cheesecakes are incredibly creamy and delicious! I tried the Mocha Bombs yesterday, and they were absolutely amazing—even though I'm not a coffee fan. They also offer cookies, tarts, macaroons, and, of course, cheesecakes. When you visit the market, be sure to stop by Nirvana Nutrition!
