Brilliant combinations of flavors and textures; presentation simple but elegant. The eel, and the scallops dishes we had were probably the best we have ever tasted (and we have sampled from quite a few restaurants in quite a few countries). This restaurant is a fish lover's dream. Well with a visit and excellent value for money.

I love this new, dynamic restaurant. the attention to presentation, taste and innovation is only spectacular that adhere to the delicious local and seasonal products. it is a rare pearl!
