Can’t fault it. We stayed in the 4 star hotel and it was exceptional. More details below Location: 1 minute away from all the restaurants in the area and a 3 minute walk away from the Praz chairlift which opens up the whole mountain for you through the Verdons and Chenus gondolas. Brilliant! Rooms: their rooms are spotless, their showers are brilliant and make you want to spend hours under them. The windows are thick, blocking any noise from outside and their toiletries are next level. Service: this is where they outdo themselves: we were a group of 11 whose van broke on the way to the hotel from Geneva airport. More than that we were stuck in impossible traffic. Fantastic location right at the base of ski lift so it’s super easy to get to the hotel and back. Lots of ski rental places right next door. The staff was incredibly kind, they helped with fantastic reservations for dinner and taxi service (which is hard to get on the weekends but they did it! they were also incredibly patient with my broken French while I’m learning. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time! the food in the restaurant had changed from our previous visit and was still very nice but more high end than last time. the staff were all very helpful and friendly especially Emma who had good english and made our stay great! the location of the hotel is perfect especially for skiers. will be back!!
