The noodles at this restaurant are delicious. They have signs indicating which dishes can be made vegan, and offer the option of tofu or extra vegetables instead of meat. The portions are generous for around $11. The spice level options are excellent, and they provide extra spice if needed. You can dine in or take out. I especially enjoy the Teriyaki box and spicy peanut box. They also offer the option to substitute egg noodles for rice noodles or rice.

Most of the menu is vegan-friendly, with plenty of options and variety of noodles and protein (tofu being the vegan option). I appreciate that they allow customers to choose their preferred flavor level, making it easier for those seeking vegan alternatives that taste good.

super friendly staff and delicious noodles, but after my order made non-vegan by mistake now twice, I am on the zaun around this place updated from the previous review on 2017-04-17

I promise I will eat at this restaurant at least once a week. There are so many choices for vegan modifications. I highly recommend the cashew curry with tofu on rice noodles.
