Noodles Company - Reservar mesa

My boyfriend and I went to Noodles and Company for lunch today, as we often do. We placed our orders and received our drinks. When we sat down to eat, my boyfriend noticed that the cup they had given me to drink out of had the word "tips" on it, which I had already drank from. The employee, James, informed us that they could not refund our meal because there was nothing physically wrong with the food. Both my boyfriend and I decided not to finish our meals due to the fact that they had given us a cup that had been used for tips. I do not recommend this location and we will not be returning. I ordered some mac cheese. If you like yours on the cool side so that it is cold before you are 1/2 way through it then this is the place to go. The flavor was good but I prefer my mac Cheese hot/warm. We also ordered cheesy garlic bread, which theybrought out early so it would not get cold sitting there . We wanted it with the meal. So now I wonder where my Mac Cheesesat. Additionally, there was no ice for the pop machine. And a personal preference I HATE paper straws.

The food took 30 minutes, we eventually had to ask and they had forgotten about our food. It finally arrived clearly rushed and not hot. There was barely any chicken on the Mac and cheese, it was the equivalent of a single chicken nugget and it was burnt.Poor and unapologetic slow service. And it was 31 dollars for the worst experience of my life

Hailey was amazing and so friendly! : I had ordered a pickup order, and didn’t realize it went to a different location. Hailey was immediate to help me. She re took my order, and even called the other location to get me a full refund from their manager. The food was very tasty. Not a single complaint ! Thank you Hailey!! Reserve uma mesa agora

Ordered the beef stroganoff, it was tasty but the price for the bowl was a lot for the size you get. It was $14.95 for a beef stroganoff and a water cup. The staff was very nice, although I didn’t receive a receipt. If I was to come back I definitely would ask for a receipt. And I probably wouldn’t order this stroganoff.

On 09/30/2022 I ordered Lo Mein with no veggies or meat and clearly the cashier marked the ticket very clearly and also stated on the ticket peanut allergies. This was at the 4712 N University St, Peoria, IL 61614 location. I received Grilled OrangeChicken Lo Mein. I will never go back. The cooks clearly can't read.

It has been a while since I've eat at a Noodles and Company. Peoria location was clean, service was fast. I remember more choices on previous visits. Only negative was the coke freestyle machine was out of several flavors for coke zero.

i ordered pick up and this is what i got. 11$ for burnt chicken. this should never be served. very disappointed

It's a much better experience when your noodles aren't overcooked and mushed together. Just a thought.
