NO refrigerator or microwave in room. There were no suggestions of area to go get food for less than their expensive dining choices or if you wanted just something quick. Bath tubs/shower are very deep and extremely hard to get out of and there are NO bars on the outside to assist you. Make sure you have someone go in to help you out. I fell and when I suggested the bar on the outside I was told I should have ordered a handicap room--sorry it was reserved 2 years ago and I had no idea the tubs were so tall. Not once did the girl at the front desk ask if I was ok or if I needed anything. For the extreme prices I would have expected much more from them. Food at wedding reception was COLD excep...
Went to an event last night here and the food was absolutely the worst I’ve tasted in decades. I could be mistaken, but the chicken had a goddd awful smell and was drastically overcooked. The whole room smelled of a horrible stench when the chicken was brought out. I ate one bite and sorry I did that! I would bet the chicken was rotten and that some people got sick. Many plates still had chicken on them when plates were taken away, especially at my table.
My sister in law and brother got married here. Everything went so well. The place is beautiful, staff was extraordinary, great location and amazing food. We thankfully got to meet such an amazing staff member, Joy. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us the day of the wedding. She felt like family all day. She was there for anything we needed, promptly. 10/10 recommend this venue and HIGHLY recommend Joy! She deserves all the credit!
Our server was knowledgeable and professional but also personable. She provided a small birthday dessert for our personal and intimate lunch celebration between friends. Nice quiet atmosphere and excellent choice of various lunch menu items, reasonably priced.Service: 5/5
