the waiter (kevin) who took care of my group has done an excellent work. at the end he also came to our table to thank me. eating was very good. my favorite is the toast bread with white truffles! fantastic. the manager was okay. I wish he would look for me and put me aside when he talked to me when he put his concern at the extra number of people out of my fraction. he doesn't have to say anything to my colleagues.

Stopped in for dinner and reviews on OT. Their bolognese is the best my husband had in years. Loved the homemade pastas and their Caesar salad was perfect. Decent wine list. Tiramisu left something to be desired-their version trying to be a little too fou-fou. Did not know this is a chain, but will go to the one in my city!

One again, the food and service at North Italia was outstanding. My only concern is the noise level in the restaurant was pretty high and it was often difficult to hear my dining companions. Part of the issue is that I wear hearing aids and all the background noise is amplified.

Service was extremely poor. Waiter didn't send out the correct food, never checked on us to see if we needed anything.
