Norval Pancake Factory

This was my first time to the Norval pancake Factory which is in Georgetown was in Norval in the past hence its name. My pal i went for a St Paddys day brunch there we so enjoyed it...from their super sized coffee cups, the amazing Jr Lumberjack breakfast the full sized lumberjack must be huge as we could barely finish the Jr sized one) Our server was Helen , shes amazing. We shared some St Patricks day stickers and pins to green up the staff. They were super welcoming and look forward to going back. They also have a nice website that shows what you can order when you go there or to get take out. Great job staff at making people feel loved.

When we arrived we were not certain if indoor seating was available so I went to the door to ask, the server inside greeted me immediately and indicated that yes they offeren both inside and patio service. We chose to sit indoors, the service was fast and friendly, they took mine and my husbands order and then took our five year old grandson's order! The food came in an appropriate amount of time and the presentation of the food was awesome! We had the Lumberjack Junior orders while my grandson had the 3 pancakes with whipped cream and sprinkles! Oh and blueberries! The food was absolutely perfect!

We have been coming to Pancake Factory for years enjoying family lunches or dinners. In the first few years the experience was good or above average. However our recent 2 visits were well below average. Starting with poor customer service forgetting part of the order, bringing barely warm food to the table after more than 1/2 hr wait and then again forgetting about the bill made me wait another 10 minutes in almost empty restaurant during last visit. That was our last time.

Well we went in and found the place harried, the staff that is, I guess the first full day of the big numbers caught them off guard. That said the place is nice and spotless too. The ladies were running but took the time to be friendly I'll say this, the best western sandwich ever, we will return many times.

Had lunch today with my son and the staff were soooo nice and friendly. Food was great. So nice to see a family owned business where they’re genuinely nice people. Wishing them much success in this difficult time for local businesses. We will be back.
