Nothing Bundt Cakes

My best friend and I stopped at Fairview Heights, IL location on the way back to Kentucky from a work event. I have always heard wonderful things about nothing Covenant Cakes and wanted to try! Immediately upon entering the bakery we were greeted by the owner who welcomed us and told us everything about how the bakery began. Then he encouraged us to try the daily sample that was White Chocolate Raspberry. It broke my head! I never tasted a cake so wet. It literally melted in my mouth and the freezing was absolutely divine! Icing at the top of the cake was the fact that it offered a nut-free carrot cake. This was extremely appealing because you can rarely find carrot cake without nuts, unless...

Just went for the first time to pick up my mom’s bday cake. They had accidently iced it incorrectly. They immediately apologized and asked if I could just wait a few mins and they would fix it AND give me the “messed up” one free of charge. They were so friendly to all who came in the store, gave out delicious free samples and even gave my two year old three balloons to play with while we waited. Highly recommend and we will for sure be back.

My friend bought me strawberry cake today. It was the best cake I've ever eaten!!!!!!! She is a hard fan!!!!! I loved the cake absolutely!!! It almost fell on the ground at work. I promise I would have eaten it.

The rich cakes are brilliant! My first visit to this site and the staff were all very friendly. Definitely recommend this place for any cake occasion!
