Nothing to say, everything is very good, everything is in big quantity! It's worth the detour without hesitation. I recommend! Do not hesitate to test the ribs you will not be disappointed! Slow cooking for hours, choice of the best pieces of the pig (high loire province), tenderness and taste of the meat to fall on the ground!!!!

A fast food at all: 5 min announced for 20 min waiting. Steack too cooked. The rest was fine.
