Number One Noodle - Reservar mesa

We just ate here today and I posted pics of our meals: vegan pad Thai with tofu and vegan creamy curry noodles with tofu. We were very impressed with the fresh high quality ingredients. The staff were very knowledgeable and clear about vegan options. There is a vegan section in the menu and everything is clearly labelled. The condiments are all vegan as well. Nice vibe! A bit expensive but will definitely return!!! Our order came to approx $43 with those 2 dishes. We highly recommend this spot!

I am excited to try everything on the separate vegan menu at this restaurant! I have already tried the drunken noodles and the pad thai, and both dishes had the most amazing tofu I have ever tasted. The food is incredibly flavorful and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. This is now my favorite spot for a quick bite to eat.

I was fortunate to be the first customer at this restaurant. Fans of the previous Saigon Noodle House will enjoy the modern decor and atmosphere here. The addition of new booths adds a cozy feeling to the place. The staff is friendly, the food is tasty, and the house-made sauces are delicious.

I have been eagerly anticipating the re-opening for a few months now... my favorite Thai/Vietnamese restaurant still serves the most delicious Spicy Green Curry and Spicy Tom Yum Soup! Thai/Vietnamese food lovers, do yourself a favor and try No 1 Noodle... but be warned, it is addictive! Reserve uma mesa agora

I am thrilled that this restaurant has a dedicated vegan menu. My go-to dish is the sweet curry noodles, but I have also sampled several other items that were all delicious. The crispy tofu is absolutely divine. The staff is consistently friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely.

I can't believe I waited so long to try this place! My wife and I both had pho - she opted for the chicken while I went with the rare beef. It was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the visit. We will definitely be back.

I love the interior.. very modern. I've been there multiple times and the food is never a disappointment and the staff is always top notch.
