This restaurant is worth a drive out of Paris! I eat out for a living so I am very discerning about what is a great restaurant. Make a reservation, hire a driver, then go! (open Sunday for lunch so you can visit the surrounding small towns with beautiful churches parks) The service was professional as well as attentive. We enjoyed the amuse-bouches in between each of the courses which had rather plentiful servings of exquisite delicacies in a creative mix of flavors. The cuisine not only looks beautiful colorful but also tastes so fresh.
