Nunu's Mediterranean Cafe Market

Delicious food, wonderful people and a charming environment. We felt very welcome and comfortable. I recently moved to a vegan diet and I was thrilled to find such delicious options. I had the Veggie Sampler Plate so that I could sample the lentil soup, lentils and rice pilaf, Veggie Kohlrolle, Tabuuli, Houmos Dip and Pita bread. We also tried the Lebanese lemonade. My favorites are the soup, Pilaf and Houmos, but everything was incredible. The portions are generous and I had leftovers to enjoy later.

Have not been to Nunu’s in a few years, and this was my first trip as a vegan. I’ve always loved the feel of the place, but was awestruck at the choices available for us plant people. I went for the Veggie Sampler, and was not disappointed. About a $12 entree and very filling. A smaller person would take home leftovers. Great food and atmosphere.

Super friendly host and very conscious about vegan options, I ordered the lens soup that honestly does not taste better than amys, no bad thing, and the falafel sandwich, which was ok I definitely had better. This place is Mediterranean Fast Food 6.5/10 I had to try based on reviews here and limited options in this city,

Clearly marked vegetarian section, and all vegetarian options are vegan. I had the veggie test plate and was very impressed. Many remains!

I loved everything in the veggie sampler. The lentil soup and rice pilaf were particularly good. Had many leftovers.
