Nutrition Republic (plant 4 Bowden Cafe)

Lots of healthy options. Had the plant based patty with avocado and a hot beetroot drink with coconut milk. Both very enjoyable. Sat outside. Keen to try some of their other offerings. Just a few things confused me... Looking around at the other tables too, the majority we're eating drinking from disposable cups plates cutlery. Even my drink was in a disposable coffee cup. After ordering at the counter I was given a table number. 1 drink was brought out, but the rest of our food and drinks they just yelled out a name and you had to collect it, which wasn't expected, so lucky we heard it. Not sure the point of the table numbers...?

Actually, I'm going home when I'm visiting adelaide. I always get the Peruvian smoothie bowl and it is really one of the best things that ever invented, so delicious!

Staff very friendly. The food and coffee was excellent fresh and full of flavour. Recommended. Keto/low carb friendly.
