"Food and staff are top notch! We’ve been here a few times and every time we’re greeted by a cheerful friendly host. They have both indoor and outdoor seating; both are amazing. The fresh biscuits are superb; mouth watering just thinking about it. The cheese grits, the eggs, the biscuit sandwich..everything was on point! Don't get me wrong, their food is really good. But that doesn't excuse poor service which is really what matters. Each time I go or bring others to try the place, the staff is very pretentious. They're not attentive and really just lounge since they don't have to earn their tips. Today was the last straw. Apparently they don't do carry out on weekends, yet there is no disclaimer online to notify anyone. They also NEVER answer their phone. It's just a pre-recorded message and that also does not mention anything about no carry out on weekends. For their message to be so long, I can't imagine how hard it is to take 2 seconds to mention that. I tried calling 5 times and even left a message. Coul...
