Oakbank Grill - Reservar mesa

Oakbank Bar Grill is the last place I would recommend. We visited this facility in the other week. Had a terrible experience with our waitress who was both inconspicuous and rude. We ordered the Build Your Own Platter for $30.99, where you all three starters under $14. We had two orders from Chicken Wings for $13,99 each and an order from Jalapeño Poppers for $11,99. Our waitress didn't tell us that Jalapeño Poppers are supposed to be a premium item that doesn't work with the Platter Deal. We waited and waited for our unresponsive waitress to come back so we could provide feedback, but she never asked for it. Instead, we had to track her down twice and found her chatting at the bar. With no apology, she finally made her way back to us. When we pointed out that the salad was significantly underportioned, she just stared blankly and offered no solutions, insisting that the portion sizes were controlled and there was nothing she could do. We asked to speak with a manager, but were told that one was present and were given an information card to contact later. Service is terrible. Not so busy after lunchtime, we waited for 10 minutes without greetings all the time while the staff was on their phones, and the manager was just tiring around and looked completely uninterested in each of the customers. A table even stood up to be their orders back because of the kitchen, but no one came out Rongelap. What a joke, we went out after we waited these 10 minutes on a dirty table that needed wiping

I was really disappointed to learn that they've switched wings. The old guys were so good, I told everyone how great they are. These new ones are garbage! Strange additional bones in them, quality is just terrible. I wish it didn't change so much. It is obvious that they will be cheaper with food. Sad. Reserve uma mesa agora

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the food was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices, which are hard to come by these days. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return!

I had a fantastic Reuben sandwich and soup, and the server was outstanding—quick, efficient, friendly, and attentive. I definitely plan to return. It was a bit challenging to locate the restaurant's entrance, but once I was inside, the atmosphere felt relaxed and inviting.

We went for lunch. There was no one there for them to take a hr to serve our food.The service was disgusting, very low knowledge of the special. Bus especially very rude.
