Pretty terrible customer service, we weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in and were not helped for over 10 minutes. Then we waited an absurd amount of time for scoops of ice cream in cups. The place was not busy and the employees were chatting away. We love Oberweis ice cream and we were happy to find an open location but we will not be back here. Food: 4

Took 20 mins for a double scoop cone. The second scoop was literally the size of my nail. I felt ripped off and annoyed because I had to get going. It wasn't busy and no reason for it to take that long for a scoop of ice cream. Great creamy rich ice cream with a wide variety of flavours if you want quality ice cream you should try Oberweis. Staff is good, mostly young high school kids who definitely need to be more friendly smile when they are serving customers. We’ve come here a few times in the past year, and every time we only order 2 items and it takes 20+ minutes for them to make them even when it isn’t too busy.
