We were seated about 20-25 minutes after our reservation time, and our table wasn’t cleaned or properly set with linens. While the food was fantastic, our waiter seemed overwhelmed with too many tables and provided only minimal interaction. I’m giving this place three stars due to the wait after our reservation. For the prices on the menu, we expected better service or at least a more personal touch, including a detailed explanation of the menu and an opportunity for questions. Ocean 44 is likely our favorite restaurant in the valley. Unfortunately, our latest experience with the food quality was disappointing. Two of our seafood dishes, including the lobster rolls, were dry and tough. However, everything else, especially the service, was outstanding!

The ambiance was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying the escape, drinks, and dessert options. Overall, the experience was well worth it.
