Ocean Takeaway - Reservar uma mesa

After receiving a flyer in the mail, we decided to give this restaurant a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Despite being informed of a 90-minute wait for delivery, we ended up waiting well over 2 hours. When we called to inquire about our order, we were told it would be another hour. After waiting for a total of 4 hours, our food still had not arrived. Not only was the delivery charge £5.50, but the food itself was also unappetizing. In the end, we had to throw away our entire meal. Despite the lengthy wait and poor quality of the food, we were not offered any compensation. We strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.

never usually make them reviews, but the veggie / vegan options we had amazing! we have lived in the against 3 years and this is the best Chinese we have found. read, although all bad reviews, but honestly no mistakes of us. my daughter eats chicken and said the chicken balls are the best of all time. we ordered online at 7:20 clock selected to pick up at 7:50 and it was ready to take us 15 minutes to drive home and eating was still hot.

we got a menu through our door and when we moved here recently, we thought we would give them one away. we have been eating Chinese for a long time when most people were alive. our previous Fave withdrawal, in my hometown, is now hundreds of miles away, so...we ordered from new ocean and we were not disappointed. it came in minutes and was hot, delicious and well cooked. exactly what we needed, so thank you new ocean.

This was my first time trying this restaurant (new to the area). I ordered beef curry fried rice, chicken balls, and chicken in plum sauce. I had to wait about 35 minutes for my food, but it was understandable since they were busy. When I got home, I discovered that the "chicken in plum sauce" was actually pork in plum sauce, and the curry sauce was watery with an excessive amount of onions.

it was a home delivery that arrived after the order hours mins. eating was not as good as last time. the duck was very cheesy. we're not gonna use them again, so a shame.
