O'charley's Restaurant Bar

We went this past Sunday evening for Mother?s Day. It was so awful. I used to love O?Charleys. What happened?? We ordered our go to which was the cheese wedges. They arrived at the table and they were so stringy and greasy, the recipe is definitely different, they have never tasted like this. Why did you change the recipe to this? Just to save a buck? They said they were out of potato soup and the waiter brought me regular tea when I ordered sweet tea and forgot the rolls. When they did bring the rolls out they were flavorless. Not the good honey butter they used to have and they had a raw consistency. Moving on to dinner- my husband ordered a steak with Mac n cheese and chicken tenders. I o...

Came here at 6pm tonight (Tuesday) waiter/bartender acted like he hates his life and his job. Paid $3 for a lemonade, he never refilled it once, was out almost the whole meal and came back at the end asking if we wanted a box. Also ordered the potato soup, $5, looked different than it used to and I asked him about it. He said it?s cooked differently now. I said how I never recall it ever being so think and chunky, tasted absolutely horrible and plopped down. Didn?t eat any of it, and he knew it, ignored me and walked away. this is my first time in the restaurant O’Charley to eat. we had the $4 margaritas. I had the bourbon glazed salmon with potato and salad. my man had the seafood combo with garnel and crabcake. eating was very good. 4 hot evenings rolled first, then the salads, margaritas and dinners. the restaurant was sparingly occupied and I felt safe during this COVID-19 pandemic. the waiter was attentive and friendly. the total bill (incl. drinks) was $50. I left a 20% tip and we were happy campers.

what a great lunch had our retired Hancock teachers today. sam was so nice and accommodating for our big group. he was also funny and gave us a menu while we waited for all groups to appear. amber, the waitress was just wonderful. she took care of us all. no problems and often filled our drinks. that was delicious. No one liked her to eat. will be visited again. kudos to her personal. Reserve uma mesa agora

Amber, the waitress was just wonderful. She took care of all of us. No problems and often fills our drinks. The food was delicious. Nobody liked their food. It'll be back. Kudos to your staff.

I want to give the Audra server a huge scream, because it is very friendly and patient for someone with mental disabilities and is actually busy in a conversation with the person. It really did his day how he tried to be spoken and treated like a human being! Thanks for the service and thank O'charleys for the good food.

Not enthusiastic about this place. When passing through the main area, the air conditioning felt great, but in the back area it sat warm and almost moist. Dinner was moderate. Potato skins and cheese wedges seemed boiled. I don't know if we give them a chance.

Here is the Middle West, fish and chips is a meal often inappropriately fried, but not at O'Charley's. They serve the big BBQ, but for me, their fish chips bring me back month after month. Reserve uma mesa agora
