Terrible service, frozen food and rude staff! The waiters were repeatedly very rude. They only took our ‘all you can eat’ order at the beginning and did not come back. The meals were recognisably reheated common frozen foods (supermarket dumplings and portions were strange (three sushi pieces to share between two?? We were told a meal was vegan by the waiter and after biting into it realised it had beef in it. All dishes were pretty flavourless. One of the items we ordered never arrived and no member of staff ever came back to mention it to. Paying was very difficult as staff were quite non-responsive and it felt as though they were accusing us of having wine/dessert we did not have/order. B...
Enjoyed the All you can dine experience at this amazing Japanese restaurant. The restaurant requires pre-booking since it can get packed on weekends. We managed to get a table upstairs for a late lunch/early dinner. Loved all the sushi variety, raw prawn with sauce, vege dishes. Kids loved the fried rice and dumplings. Value for money. Although meal portions were small it easily filled us up with the variety of items. Didnt have room for desserts. Staff can easily miss the orders, which is understandable given the overwhelming requests for more dishes. Make sure to eat all what you order or you pay for the leftover food. Like that concept because it minimises wastage.
Well recommended when catching up with a group of friends, family or one on one. Service is quick, staff are friendly, serve size is generous and to the quality of food! Make sure you are hungry as the choices are abundant. The black sesame ice cream is always my choice for dessert as sweets are somewhat limited. Possibly add one or two more will make it a for me. Overall, I do go back.
