Our initial experience at this establishment was fantastic, prompting a return a week later to ensure it wasn't merely a coincidence. The second visit to Old Brea Chop House, while slightly falling short of the first, remained very enjoyable! What put it over the top was some special attention from their manager Oscar thank you for greeting us, checking on us mid meal, and making my parents feel special, even with a full restaurant.The food:We ordered appetizers crab cake, shrimp cocktail and Cesar salads. Did you know that Old Brea Chop House serves an amazing brunch? By far one of the best brunches I've had in awhile! Everything was so on point. From their excellent tasty cocktails, to their decadent main dishes and desserts, this chop house surely knows how to serve an amazing brunch. I came in to this restaurant at 1:10pm today on 10/29/23 but my reservation time was 1:30pm; the place the empty was empty bc there a lot of tables ,a lot of tables did I mentioned they had a lot of tables open and available; so the hostess woman at the hostess said it will be a couple minutes so I 'm sitting there you know couple minutes is two minutes and now it is 1:25pm. I 'm sitting there for 15 minutes and no one comes up to us. My husband and I were very excited to eat here. However, this was definitely not the right spot for a romantic date night. The tables are so close to each other you can easily hear everyone else’s conversation. The chairs are so close they touch the back of the chair of the person seated at the next table. The noise level was a constant dull roar.On top of that both of our steaks were not cooked properly. My husband ordered a nearly $100 dollar steak and asked for it to be medium rare. We went for a special birthday dinner for me and my daughter-in-law.. this is a very nice, high-end steakhouse. The interior is a good blend of old school and modern, making it cozy and comfortable, classy but not stuffy.Service was fantastic with a great team taking good care of us. Managers stopped by a couple of times to make sure all was good.The food was perfection. From the iceberg wedge, to the filet, shrimp scampi, and sides that were yummy and plentiful for the table to share.Thanks to my daughter-in-law and son for taking us to a great dinner!

OMG!!!!This place is amazing. The service! The attentiveness of the servers were exceptional. As for the food, Amaaaaaaaazzing!!!!! I highly recommend the Grilled ? steak AKA Giant bacon ? wait that's not it. The dessert, OMG!!!! Mind blowing, mouth watering explosions. The chop house Sunday is a chocolate cake warmed up with ice cream but wait, thats not the best part. This desert comes with this smore's style marshmallow thats so warm and gooey. I cant say anymore you all have to experience it. I Highly recommend this place.

Went in for my birthday it was very pricey but wow that was excellent service. My bronziano fish was so unbelievably good. My kid had the trout and she really liked it. We split a slice of chocolate cake it was very rich but very very tasty. Like I said it was pricey but oh my goodness if you're treating yourself for your birthday or an anniversary it's worth it The service was at excellent. This is the best steakhouse I have ever been to. There are food options to satisfy almost everyone. The French onion soup is almost a meal in itself and incredible. Then the steaks are nothing but awesome. The chef also knows how to cook them perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. They were also great dealing with my wife’s allergies.Sorry for not taking more pictures but we were so busy eating such a great meal, I forgot to take pictures ?If you want the best dining experience, come here.

Delicious and great for steak varieties! Many different sizes and cuts with sides and sauces to go along. Fish selection is great too.Vegetarian options: Fish choice is great!
