Olive Garden - Reservar mesa

Yesterday my family and I visited Olive Garden around 4pm 2156 North Woods Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29406. We had a large party totaling about 15 people children and adults. Our waiter was Dakotah K. We were given salad that had hair in it. My 9 year old nephew had brought it to our attention after the salad was 90 percent eaten. (Please see the photo attached) Our waiter wasn’t around but several other workers were. We told one worker, a female and she stated that she would get a manager. Our experience wasn't the best, we had to wait and wait for everything. When it did come our soup, appetizers were cold we had to send them back and wait and wait. We were greeted and helped by a nearby server (who was not our server) but got us drinks and tracked our server down, and checked on the issues. Her name was Hannah!!! Such a great person and server! Our meals finally came 2 hours after we first were seated only to be cold. Finally, my son who was the Birthday Boy sweet 16 asked for a Manager. The Manager came over, had our meals re-fired and took care of us. Hannah was great with all of her customers, us, and other customers around us.

It 's amazing how down hill this restaurant has gone. Food was so bland. No flavor, portions were way over priced. I know everyone is getting charged more these days. But if I 'm going to pay it, I would like it to be worth the money. Skimpy on the sauce, all you taste is cheese, no matter what you you order. Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere from now on. 4.00 for glass of sweet tea? 16.00 for 5 ravioli? Really? And the waitress was non stop saying For sure ! Not professional if could rate the food a zero I would .

The food and service were absolutely terrible! We waited an hour just to be seated in a booth. Once we ordered, it took forever for our meals to arrive, and we only ordered soups, salad, and water! The waiter was rude, we didn't receive the cheese we requested, and our breadsticks only came out with the rest of our food. The soup had very few ingredients, and it was obvious that the food had been microwaved. Reserve uma mesa agora

The restaurant was short-staffed, with only four servers available. As a result, we received limited attention. I ordered the carbonara ravioli with shrimp, which was fantastic. However, I also tried the potato soup, and it was quite disappointing; it was bland and seemed extremely watered down, like half a cup of soup diluted with a gallon of water.

The food was delicious the waitress must have been having a off day. She forgot our appetizer which never came) after we ate our salad. The waitress comes back around and asks if we would like our check. Hadn't even received our entrees yet. If it wasn't for the food and the bottle of wine. This would have been a disaster.

The ladies at the bar were fantastic! I went in there late at night and sat at the bar and only got soup and salad. Despite only having a $10 bill I wasn’t treated any differently and we had a great conversation

The food was delicious and portions were generous—I couldn't finish it all! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really pleasant.

Thought the wait would be long but we got seated pretty quickly. Our server was nice. Food and drinks was good.
