Olive Garden - Reservar uma mesa

I was a bit disappointed with this Olive Garden location. We used the Olive Garden app to get on the waiting list which said 25-35 minutes. It took us 30 minutes to get there and when my wife entered the restaurant and told them we were on the waitlist, they said that we still had a 20 minute wait. Then about a minute later, someone else called our name, saying that our table was ready, and then I get the text message saying the table was ready. Odd. Anyways we get seated and a waitress takes our drink order and then returns with breadsticks and our beverages. We order, and she brings us our salad and more breadsticks. As a new table is seated next to us, we enjoy our salad and all is well....

I've been to this place a few times. twice, I have dined alone and once with a large group. I have never received the great service eating alone (what the case was the first time I was here). this trip was different. kudos to my server. she was excellent and I made sure that I typed accordingly. the food was good. I loved the shrimp fritta assistant. if they like to season, I recommend it. the Italian robe was delicious (the bartender did not play around with the alcohol). I ordered two. I asked for my chicken sauce with extra garlic and they did as I had requested. When I asked for extra dressing for my salad, I was also obliged. my eating was nicely spaced and timely. I didn't feel rushed.

I have come to this olive garden several times, my last experience I had a server called jamie and she was very respectful and has not even checked me on my table. I had a complaint about my meal and she didn't solve the problem for me. I came last weekend and I had a server called nadia and I was very impressed by their customer service skills, the restaurant was very busy and nadia gave her tables in a very fast and professional way, she seemed unhappy or overwhelmed with the amount. nadia is the reason why I was back to this Whitehall location, one of the best service I have seen in this facility and get it not worth it!

the food was excellent! I ordered the seafood alfredo and it was made to perfection. I also give them credit in considering how busy it was, but eating prep and delivery was great, contemporary, and it seemed that the server had an off-day mental, but still together professional and made everything pleasant and pleasant. a deserved 5 stars of me

Breadsticks were well done. Asked for fresh ones and they were more burnt. My shells were good. My sister's Asiago Alfredo tasted weird to her. The Chicken Alfredo my bro-in-law had didn't have enough sauce. Overall, mediocre food and okay service.
