My ham, chs, musk and green pepper had rolled up full thin slices of boiled ham. And Ham tasted good. But my husband had the same omelet without the mushrooms. And he had a nice big ham. Why should they make two omelettes with ham and make different ham? Very disappointed. $32 for two omelets with one side of bacon. I couldn't even eat mine. It was an order to go. So it doesn't matter to them. So we called and gave him a second attempt and talked to the manager Patty. She had an attitude on the phone. But I let it go to give a second chance. Classic Greek Diner Rate! We went on Sunday at 11:00. It was pretty busy. The hostess said it would be a 15-20 minutes waiting to sit. We chose 2 seats on the switch without waiting time. The waiter at the counter was very polite and professional. I ordered a Greek omelet with Homefries and Rye Toast. My partner had an Open Faced Hot Roast Beef Sandwich with Potato and Gravy. Our orders came in a few minutes. Everything was delicious! We cleaned our plates. We drove over 3 or 4 others? Breakfast? Spots that had lines out of the door. Finally, we decided to give Olympia Flame Diner the first time. Boy, I'm glad we made it! Such a great service! We will definitely come back!

I have food in Olympia Flame 1-2 times a week for over 15 years. It is a short walk from my office and it is always GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. Patti, George, Alex, Greg, Jessie and Dorian in the Kitchen Dream Team. Weather its soup, sandwich, omelet or a Greek salad or Greek meal always great tasting, beautiful size shares, everything is so fresh and order. Everything is just fabulous. All right. Not a big reviewer type, but that's over! Happy Thanksgiving I love you.

This was our first time here. Can you say amazing food and serving size. Our waiter was nice and the mom was more beautiful. We had the best time in our stay. we are visiting friends here) The atmosphere was calm, relaxing and positive?. Thanks, Stacy and Edgar

I have been here many times, while on vacation in Deerfield Beach over many years and the food and SERVICE is always perfect! I have only been here for breakfast the omelettes are so good ? The service is another level, so kind and observant. We will come back!
