I 've known Diego and Carmen for almost 4 decades now. They 've taken a basic tapas restaurant all the way to a high end bistro type restaurant. Again, like most Spanish restaurants, you will have your staple meals that you are familiar with, however, like some of the others in the area I encourage you to ask Carmen what has recently been made, or fresh. Salads here are picture worthy, the Jamon Iberico (cured Iberian ham) to die for, and the Queso Manchego Curado (aged goat cheese) is also a must.
