Okay, so before my husband and I becameVegetarian we used to frequent this place for their chicken club and avocado sandwich on focaccia - which was amazing. We haven't been here in over a year, and after today will likely never go again. I called for takeout and got rudely placed on hold, which lead to a very lengthy wait and ended in me hanging up and not being able to call back because the line was tied up from the call I let go. When I arrived, I ordered two grilled veggie sandwiches on focaccia (as per the online menu). She explained to me that they no longer serve the sandwich on focaccia because the new owners don't think it's worth the price?! I order one sandwich without onions and...

This has been a tried and true lunch spot to meet people outside the office. Lunch is healthy and delicious, coffee and tea offerings are plentiful (capuccinos and lattes are great), and if you'd like to indulge, there are always a selction of tasty baked treats to choose from. I loke the selection of sandwiches and salads. My only recommendation would be to increase the greens in the salad portions. The location is handy, I can always find a parking spot (free in Thorold's downtown) and the atmospheere if the restaurant is warm, friendly with a chic feel. The staff are very nice. I often call in our order ahead to ensure I can keep within my hour lunch with a 7 min drive to the office each...

Ordered take out lunch, they are nice enough but don't seem to pay attention to orders when done over the phone. One was wrong, Caesar salad is 2.00 charge on top of food for the smallest salad I have ever seen. I thought for an extra charge it would be a decent size. A sandwich and Caesar salad was nearly 20.00. I have never been before and will not return. The food was ok but there are so many other places that have good food for pretty much 1/2 the price

This is a great informal lunch spot to meet up with friends. Enjoyed a Reuben panini and delicious roasted red pepper soup. Plenty of food and beverage choices. Staff hustle to get the food to your table n a timely fashion. They work miracles in their small open kitchen lots of seating choices. Parking in the back and street side. Saw a few people come in using mobility aids without a challenge. Priced right! Will return. Reserve uma mesa agora

I have eaten here quite a few times and every time I had a different soup and sandwich combo. The sandwiches are fantastic but the soups are out of this world. The first place I've left, wanting more. I have to admit that the portions of soup are a little skimpy, but it is enough. They have also done a marvellous job remodelling this cafe. Two thumbs up for the owners!!!

This cafe is newly renovated, with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. You can order a plain coffee or spice things up with an espresso or cappuccino! They have tasty treats as a side to your drink and the wifi is free. Great place to meet friends or just relax by yourself.

This is a delightful cafe that offers a relaxing ambiance along with delicious baked goods and light fare. The staff are always friendly. A perfect place to catch up with a friend over tea, or to find a quiet corner in which to relax or work on your own.

We went to this location and it was great. The price was a bit high, but we had nice coffees, lunch sandwich, and some deserts. I would recommend this to others as the location is great and the ambiance is very nice. Reserve uma mesa agora

This cafe is delightful! The drinks are delicious and are made to your request. We ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was very fresh. A great location to have a cup of coffee.

Stopped in here today for the first time as a little break from shopping and I am impressed. It has a warm/cozy atmosphere, the service was quick and good.
