for the first time in this device the device is very well executed customer service is absolutely terrible. the cashier seemed very irritable not to know if she had a bad day that we wanted to order quickly and that was our first time to eat here. I came here to buy a gift card for my friend and one of the employees I will not name until the owner asks me. but yes, when he placed me on a gift card, he still wore his few gloves with which he prepared the sosse. I worked in the food industry, my elders had a restaurant, but please be careful and when they are ready to prep the sauce. pull out their glove and put them a new few gloves, and make sure they wash their hands. it was so disgusting that the sleeve of the gift card there was a bit of the Teriyaki sauce that I had to ask for a new sleeve. only an important factor! a new class of gloven that has a different task?!

great food. good parts. there seems to be confusion about the tartaric acid sauce. my friend and I often come here. a person said they accused themselves of saying another, only 1 should be given 2 people to share, and another person gave us 2 for my friend and I. for that I have taken two stars. not sure why this is confusing, but it is frustrating bcuz, it is unconsistent and my friend likes tartaric acid. so we get it each time with different results, listed above.

I purchased extra chicken and paid more but they give so little. I only got 2 pieces of chicken is that how it supposed to be?? That’s a ripoff this place. I been in the others Hawaiian BBQ and they give 4X more chicken regular without adding extra chicken. I added extra chicken and only got 2 pieces of chicken. Never coming here again. “DONT COME HERE THEY REDUCE THE AMOUNT THAT SHOULD BE GIVEN IN A PLATE”.
