The wait time is 20 minutes and still counting just for two plates. They seem to prioritize their UberEATS orders and stack plates for delivery, while dine-in customers are left waiting for a long time without any attention. This is quite frustrating. They also need to improve their customer service overall.

When this restaurant first opened, the food was expertly prepared, likely because the older chefs took their work more seriously. Now, however, everything seems rushed and burnt. The younger staff don't seem to care as much about the quality.

When it comes to enjoying Hawaiian BBQ, I always choose the Hawaiian mix with teriyaki sauce and a spicy sauce. The Island Fire plate is also a great option that won't disappoint.
